The beautiful streets of Chester.

So today I had a trip to Chester with my Boyfriend, Jonathan. We went to get me some fabric and have a day out together!
We went shopping, had food and just had a lovely time, re-bonding.

I found new fabric for college and he got some of his christmas presents from his Mum! Too bad he can't have them for another 49 days ey? HAHA!
Ooo... He also treated me to a necklace from Accessorize, it is the cutest thing ever!

Here's some piccies of my buys and some images from around Chester...

How cute is this baby elephant statue? AWW!

The Chester Town Hall! I thought the building was beautiful architecture!

And again...

I want to live in the whole top section of the Steam Mill!

Here it is closer up!

This is my new trouser fabric from Abakhan. It cost me £9.40, a thick, soft wool mix that is over a metre long! Lets hope my trouser pattern fits and they look as fab as the material!

The new Burda magazine! The tenth/twelve for £4.75, my Mum always buys this as it is such a bargain considering you get all of the patterns shown, yet a single pattern can cost more than the magazine! Ha! This was from WHSmiths.

The three above images are showing my beautiful new necklace from Jonathan! It was wrapped in pink paper and pretty stickers.
Isn't it just the cutest?

Jonathan also bought four gaming posters and two PS Vita games, Ray Man and Assassins Creed from HMV. BUT he doesn't get them till Christmas! HAHA!

Do you go on days out?
What do you think of my necklace?

I always buy more than I need...

So on Saturday I went to Abakhan with my Auntie and my Mother.
We went to the Chester store as normal and I wanted everything as normal!

I went to find fabric to make my trousers for college and my auntie and mother went for fabric to make pyjama bottoms for their college course!

This is what me and my mother came back with...

So these are the too wool knit fabrics I picked up for my trousers! Well what I didn't realise was that they are way too small for my huge pattern! BUT still aren't they beautiful! Feel so soft too.

This is fabric I swindled my Mum into buying me to make a coat from instead of some more faux fur! This was also found in the winter knits, it's so pretty!

I chose to use cuddle fleece to line my coat (using the fabric above) as it is getting colder in these winter months and it is just SO soft!!!

This is the fabric my Mum chose to make her PJ bottoms from! Isn't it just adorable?

My Mum also found this tapestry fabric, to make a bag from! I am in love with it and plan on stealing it, although I do think she'd notice!

The elastic for my Mum's PJ bottoms! Only cost her 26p!!!

The gorgeous, sparkly buttons I found for my coat!

My Mum's button! She is making a coat and needs it for a decorative purpose.

All 5 buttons!

What do you think?

"Baby, you're a firework."

So it is bonfire night and all I can hear is the bangs of the fireworks going off around my house!
Sadly I am not participating in the letting off of fireworks but on Saturday I went to my friends how for a mini bonfire and drinks with some of my close friends!
Me and the lads all had fun watching the flames, chatting and just having a good time and once it had died down we went in his house for food, drinks, music and good company among friends!

Here's some images of the night...
Some of the images aren't great sorry, it was dark!

The lads building up the fire.

The fire took a while to pick up but was great in the end!

A close up, something in the fire was making the fire a green or blue colour but it didn't show up!

It gradually fell over due to the weight of some of the branches and wood.

The guys around the fire, looking proud of themselves!

The guys and the fire!

The pretty sparks from the fire, I thought they looked like fire flies and sparks from a firework!

The guys cooking for us!

Just to change the subject, here's the little lego man I found in Danny's window!
He had a hand missing!

What did you do for bonfire night?

XOXO
