H&M...

Is my new found love!

I just can't get enough of the gorgeous clothing from this establishment!
I could spend my entire life savings in here and give a care in the world; I won't but I could!

I have two things that I class a MUST HAVES right now!

Don't you just LOVE them! Well even if you don't I still do! Ha!

Here's the link so you can have a bit of the H&M love too... H&M

Let me know what you find and love!

XOXO

Idea's are brewing..

While at college I have been doing 'Geek Club' on Thursday dinner.
I do this with two of my fellow class mates and bloggers...

(Check them out at: Jennifer and Hanna-Lou )

When I was little I always knew I wanted my own boutique, to be known for my beautiful clothing , bags, jewellery, etc...
But now from researching and taking part in 'Geek Club' it has made me more ambitious and ready to go!
Although we have looked into the pro's and cons of setting up your own label, how to research target markets, which makes it very scary, I still have a lot of motivation to do so.

Recently I have had a huge love of clutch bags and would love to start making my own!
I can also make a little money while I do it...
I plan on asking my Mum and maybe my Aunt if they would like to go into business with me as they are both getting in the sewing mood thanks to myself!

Below are a few clutch bags from the high street...
Let me know which is your favourite to help me get started on market research!

The bags I chose are from ASOSRiver Island and Top Shop

Thank you!

XOXO

Surface Pattern & Designs Methods in ART and Design!

I am writing this to introduce my briefs and to keep you up to date on what I'm doing lately, as I haven't blogged in a while which I am eternally apologetic for.

For the past six weeks or so I have been working on a Textile brief and a Designs Method brief.
While working on these I have learnt new skills in surface pattern and all about the design cycle. Along the way there was struggled and confusion and a lot of work!

For the basis of my briefs I researched into Equality and Diversity which became the starting point to my design process and this then lead to the designing for my surface patterns and my final designs.

Over the next few days I will blog about each brief individually... So keep an eye out for those.
